CHESS recommends that all our customers have at least two voice files on the computer they have Dragon loaded onto. This will keep our good friend who created Murphy’s Law away from our Dragon. Murphy’s Law states that your voice file will work perfectly until it’s 2 AM in the morning and you have a major project do in three hours, that’s when your voice file will suddenly give you problems. If you have created a second voice file then all you have to do is switch users. if not then it’s back to the drawing board to create a new voice file.
For our Dragon Professional, Legal and Medical users you can export your custom commands and vocabulary from your original voice file to your backup voice file, this will give you two identical voice files to work with.
If you haven’t created your second voice file do it today!
